Last seen leaving Ibiza Bar, 17 North Genesee Street, Waukegan, around 1:35 a.m. Saturday morning 3/18/23. Gray did not return back to Naval Station Great Lakes for his next scheduled muster period. Gray is a US Sailor assigned to Naval Station Great Lakes.
